Lydia Roy, BCC, MCC
Director of Training, and Dean 

Lydia has coached top business leaders and helped teams and individuals to manage change, improve productivity, and to figure out and achieve their own definition of success. She has mentored hundreds of coaches and knows the Adler Coaching program from the inside out. She successfully graduated from the Adler program and was selected to become Adler faculty. She has achieved the level of Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Lydia's first book, "The Magic of Change - 7 Strategies to Get Unstuck" will be released in 2014.

Jens Christian Aagenæs, ACPC, PCC

Adler’s Strategic Partner in Scandinavia since 2005, Certificate Program faculty member representing Adler’s range of corporate programs and services.He brings a profound business understanding to individuals, groups and organizations in transition applying a unique combination of coaching and training tools to facilitate change. Jens Christian developed his substantial knowledge of change management through his 20 years of work as Change Management Consultant and management advisor in leadership and communication in Europe.

Robin Altman, B. Comm, PCC

Executive Coach, speaker, content creator, adult learning designer and creative trailblazer, Robin helps executives, creative professionals, entrepreneurs and teams advance professionally, accelerate their organization's success and lead their field. Robin holds a B. Comm., Marketing from Concordia University. She is certified in Leadership Coaching and Team Coaching: The Living Systems Approach from Adler, and holds an ICF designation. She acquired 20 years' experience in media & entertainment, broadcasting and telecommunications, including content creation and digital media.

Laura Atwood, PCC 
Faculty Member
 

Professional Coach, Certificate Program Faculty member and facilitator of Adler Corporate Programs. She is also the President of Adler International Learning Southwest located in Phoenix, Arizona, the campus providing both the Adler Coaching Certificate Program and Adler Corporate Services. She draws on a diverse background in anthropology, visual arts, parent education, nonprofit management and dispute resolution.

With her individual clients as well as with groups, Laura thinks big, and anchors her coaching clients and participants in their most resourceful selves. In addition to her teaching, coaching and consulting, Laura works as a professional divorce and family mediator, with an associated coaching specialty in helping divorcing clients to move from “survive” to “thrive”,

Laura champions professionalism in coaching globally as Co-Chair of the Regulatory Committee of the ICF and serves on the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Association of Family Mediators.

John Collins is a professional coach who specialises in working with leaders and organisations experiencing significant change, coaching them to successfully drive change and growth. His coaching skills build on over 25 years senior business and commercial management experience across Europe, Asia and the USA plus several years managing major corporate change programmes in industry.  He is Founder and Director of The Professional Coaching Alliance in the UK and Principal of Adler Learning UK.

William Cotric, PCC

Bill has successfully coached leaders from managerial to CEO levels for positive changes in their leadership. He is known for his leading edge thinking, his highly intuitive and creative fun approach, as well as his commitment to holding high standards for himself and his clients. Results for leadership development are achieved by focusing the client on building awareness of what they are truly wanting and the value generated by how they are being. Staying true to the coaching process, habits and “mechanisms” for positive change are explored.

Prior to his coaching practice, Bill held positions in advertising, sales management, marketing and publishing in senior executive roles.

Bill is an Adler Trained Coach and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation with the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is in the process of applying for his Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation this year.

Brian Cyr, PCC

An entrepreneur who has operated a successful Martial Arts school for twenty-five years, Brian understands the quest for balance between professional and personal success, something he discovered through his own coaching journey. In his capacity as a Life Coach, Brian appreciates how these skills can help others discover this balance too. As a member of Adler's Faculty, Brian is looking forward to the challenges that being a part of this team offer.

Fran Fisher, MCC
Faculty Member


Fran is recognized as one of the pioneers of the coaching profession. She was a founding Executive Board Member of ICF, Co-Chair of the Ethics and Standards Committee, and the first Executive Director of the Association for Coach Training Organizations. Fran is an ICF Assessor. She mentors new and experienced coaches and facilitates the Living Systems Approachtm with groups and teams; certified in the Learning in Action EQ Assessment, Core Values Index (CVI), and Tilt365.

Molly O'Neil, PCC, ACPC, BCC

Molly coaches for leadership with executive, management, and team coaching clients, holding them accountable for their vision and goals. Her commitment to excellence in coaching is evidenced by several years of leadership as a board member of the ICF Phoenix Chapter and initiating the Phoenix Prism Award. As a mentor coach, Molly has helped others to develop increasing coaching mastery. She holds certifications in several assessments as well as in team coaching (Living Systems Approach).

Pamela has been an Executive Leadership Coach since 1998, with expertise in leadership and team development through focused training and targeted coaching goals. She challenges and develops senior leaders and officials through individual coaching, leadership training, team coaching, and developing team synergy. Facilitation and training includes: Coaching Skills, Emotional Intelligence, presentation, and communication skills, effective decision-making, building coalitions through accountability and conflict resolution. As Founder of Choice to Change Alliance, Pamela provides coaching and training internationally.

Ann is a leadership coach and thought partner to executives, emerging leaders and their teams, inspiring creative solutions as they explore and bring to life their vision for excellence. Bringing over 20 years of diverse leadership experience in financial services to her coaching partnerships, Ann was trained at Adler, is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and holds a Queen’s University B.A. Honours in Psychology and Linguistics. She is a certified coach of Tilt 365 and The Living Systems Approach™ and a qualified practitioner of MBTI®and DISC.

Adria Trowhill, MA, CPCC, MCC
Dean Emeritus, and Founding Faculty


Adria is responsible for our international partners, and maintaining high standards for all of our
coaching programs. Adria was the 2008 recipient of the Canadian Coach of the Year Award, which raises
awareness among coaching consumers regarding the importance of hiring a trained and competent coaching professional. She is a trailblazer in Canadian leadership and leadership team coaching, with a background in organizational and clinical psychology, combined with experience addressing leadership, performance, organizational development and cultural change issues. She was a senior consultant for an international organizational development consulting firm for eight years. Through her company Posi-Trak, Adria is a four-time winner of the Prism Award for achieving outstanding performance through leadership coaching and leadership team coaching.(The Prism Award was created to recognize, honour, celebrate, and learn from organizations who have embraced Coaching as an integral part of their leadership strategy.) She is the former president of the Toronto branch of the International Coach Federation.
