After the final course session, students complete an evaluation of the course and instructor via an online survey. Copies of course evaluations are provided to the Dean or Director of the Program. Electronic copies are stored in course records with the Registrar.
Course Evaluations cannot be accepted after the grades have been made available to students. Grades must be available two weeks after the final due date for the course (with the exception of students who have received extensions for coursework).
Course Evaluation Policy and Timeline
Course Evaluation links are provided to students after the last class. They must be completed within one week.
Course Evaluations are collected anonymously and cannot be linked to an individual student. The school can only view aggregate data and answers. The school will send one reminder to the class via ADLearn before the Course Evaluations close. Instructors will include a note about Course Evaluations in their Course Outlines.
Grades cannot be withheld for an individual student who has not completed a Course Evaluation because of anonymity, but once grades have been released, students will not have an opportunity to complete the Course Evaluation.
