    Raechel Pefanis is a Professional Coach and Registered Social Worker based out of Kitchener - Waterloo, Ontario. She is a proud Indigenous woman from the turtle clan, and is the author of The Person Behind the Professional: Cognitive Behavioural Coaching for Today’s Workplaces. She is the CEO of Red Maple Coaching & Counselling Services, where she and her team use a variety of products and services to achieve great workplace culture that develops the potential of leaders and their teams. Raechel is a certified Dare to LeadTM facilitator with the Brené Brown Research and Education Group, a certified Working GeniusTM facilitator, and executive coach. Raechel leads Red Maple in its’ work across many different coaching contexts, including Red Maple’s work with Your Renaissance Partners, a consultancy group that collaborates to create organizational thriving (https://yourrenaissancepartners.com). Raechel has worked with organizations of every type in her corporate work. Her client list with Red Maple includes Seasons Retirement Communities, the Waterloo Catholic District School Board, Manulife Financial, HDT Automotive, , McMaster University, Aecon Construction, and more. In her off time, Raechel spends her time in the woods with her husband, two kids (terrible) dog, teaching Zumba classes or reading.

    Lydia Roy is the ADLER Dean of Professional Coaching, a successful executive coach, business development consultant and facilitator with over 20 years of integrated leadership, business performance coaching, mentoring, career development, and assessment experience in corporate and entrepreneurial settings. She excels at identifying strategies and solutions for companies undergoing transformation and change. Lydia inspires and coaches her clients to take their leadership to the next level, to inspire and grow their teams, to attract their ideal clients/customers, and to meet both personal and professional goals. Through a combination of business performance coaching, mentoring, and career development, including a range of psychological inventories, Lydia customizes development plans to individuals and teams for their particular needs. She guides them in creating their own path while supporting them throughout the process. While working with one CEO, she assisted him in developing a succession plan for himself. They created internal strategies to support and grow his team, ultimately leading to the ability to retain and appoint an internal candidate to rise up and meet the complex needs of the position. When Lydia worked with Harry Rosen Inc, she created and implemented strategic plans to support the overall organizational goals as they related to maximizing human capital. She maintained a principal coaching, leadership, and facilitation role leading to the enhancement of staff performance, client retention and customer satisfaction.

    Coaching Facilitator

    Professional Coach, Certificate Program Faculty member and facilitator of Adler Corporate Programs. She is also the President of Adler International Learning Southwest located in Phoenix, Arizona, the campus providing both the Adler Coaching Certificate Program and Adler Corporate Services. She draws on a diverse background in anthropology, visual arts, parent education, nonprofit management and dispute resolution. With her individual clients as well as with groups, Laura thinks big, and anchors her coaching clients and participants in their most resourceful selves. In addition to her teaching, coaching and consulting, Laura works as a professional divorce and family mediator, with an associated coaching specialty in helping divorcing clients to move from “survive” to “thrive”, Laura champions professionalism in coaching globally as Co-Chair of the Regulatory Committee of the ICF and serves on the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Association of Family Mediators.

He believes that there is no cookie cutter approach to shift from where you are to where you want to be.

    Robin is a Toronto-based professional certified coach, speaker and facilitator, having worked with hundreds of executives, entrepreneurs and creative professionals since 2008. Through her company, Radiate Coaching, founded in September, 2008, Robin has designed and facilitated both individual and team coaching programs for clients in a variety of fields, including Marketing Communications, Financial Services, Professional Services, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Pharmaceutical, the Health Sector, Not-for-Profit and the Public Sector. Robin has worked with Discovery Channel, Bell Media, Corus Entertainment, RBC Dominion Securities, TD Canada Trust, Deloitte, Starbucks Coffee Canada, Indigo Books & Music Inc., and University of Toronto, among other corporations, as well as SMBs.     Thom is an ICF Certified Executive Coach and Facilitator with a passion for stimulating thought, growth, and performance in clients. With his ability to see through complexity, and a talent for challenging people to open up to different perspectives, Thom creates open, engaging, collaborative learning environments, in which people become more effective leaders and team-players. As an ICF-certified executive coach, Thom empowers people to engage effectively in their personal development within their organizations and systems of relationships. His thoughtful, collaborative approach encourages individuals to leverage their strengths and enact meaningful change for themselves and their teams, in effect, to become “greater than the sum of their parts”.
