Fill out this form as your initial application to the Doctor of Psychology (PSYD). The deadline to submit the application form for the Fall 2027 admissions cycle is December 1st. All documentation is due on December 1st. We recommend submitting your application form at least two weeks before the deadline, to ensure your references have time to complete the reference form.
All applicants will be required to complete the Acuity Insights Casper Assessment. The last date to complete the Casper assessment for the current cycle is November 5th. Before filling out this application form, please have the following available:
- Information on all degrees/credentials, including GPA and graduation date
- Name and email address of your three references
- Statement of Intent (file to upload) – this may be submitted at a later date to admissions@adler.ca
- Resume or CV (file to upload) – this may be submitted at a later date to admissions@adler.ca
- Proof of English language proficiency (if applicable)
- Payment method for $100 CDN application fee
