Students At Large

Mental health professionals with a graduate degree in clinical psychology are eligible to enroll in individual ADLER courses as students at large.

 

Clinical psychology courses are offered in person at the ADLER’s downtown Toronto location. Offered throughout the year on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and weekdays (Tuesday/Wednesday).

Psychotherapy courses are offered either in-person or over zoom videoconference, depending on the course required.

Attendance is mandatory.

Cost: Masters-level courses are $700 CAD per credit. Doctoral-level courses are $850 CAD per credit. The cost will increase to $725 CAD per credit for Masters courses and $885 CAD per credit for Doctoral courses beginning in September 2026.

Application Process

Applicants must fill out an application form and submit the following documents to admissions@adler.ca 

  • Application Fee: $100 CAD
  • Transcripts for masters and/or doctoral-level degree(s) in clinical psychology (transcripts must be issued directly from the granting institution; for international degrees, a WES/CES report is required)
  • Cover letter indicating the courses the applicant requires
  • Letter from relevant regulatory body (College of Psychologists of Ontario or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario)
  • Resume
