Adler's ICF-accredited coaching programs
We offer International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1 and Level 2 accredited coaching education. Originally established as the first ICF-accredited training program in Canada, the blends psychology, adult learning principles, and Adlerian theory to build structural leadership and executive coaching skills.
The program is broken down into four core modular parts.
Level 1 Pathway: The Foundations
This initial path focuses on the fundamental concepts needed to build a professional coaching mindset.
