Your application is not yet complete. To complete your application, please follow these steps:

1. Request official transcripts from your educational institutions.
   By mail to:

   Note: transcripts must be sent directly from your educational institution. Unofficial transcripts emailed by the applicant will not be accepted.

   For international degrees, your transcripts must be assessed through the World Education Service (WES). Request a course-by-course report through WES here. Please order your WES evaluation early, as it may take several weeks to complete.

2. Sign up for the Casper Assessment if you have not already. The Casper is a 90-110 minute online, open-response situational judgment test offered through Acuity Insights.Visit the Acuity Insights website to create an account and sign up for a test date. You will register for CSP-10201—Canadian Professional Health Sciences. There is more information about preparing for the Casper available on their website, as well as frequently asked questions about the assessment.

   Adler will receive your Casper score two weeks after your test date. Your score is valid for one year.

Note about references: Adler will contact your references within two business days of receiving your application form. There is no deadline to complete the form, but please remind your referees to check their email inbox and spam folder so that your application can be completed in a timely manner. Your application is not considered complete until all three of your reference forms are submitted.

Once Adler has received all your transcripts, your Casper score, and all three references, your application will be considered complete. At this time, you will receive an email from the admissions office confirming that your application has been forwarded to the admissions committee for review.
